- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 - 1 ¼ cups unsweetened milk of your choice divided
- ½ cup blueberries plus more for topping
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon plus more for topping
- Toppings like additional blueberries cinnamon, and sliced almonds
n a large bowl, combine the oats, 1 cup milk, blueberries, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir well.
Pour the overnight oats into a glass container with a lid. Place the container in the refrigerator and let it set for 8 hours.
In the morning, remove the lid and gently stir the oats. If you would like a smoother consistency, you can add the additional ¼ cup of milk to give it a more oatmeal-like consistency.
Serve warm or cold with your favorite toppings.

- Double this to serve more people.
- If you do not like chia seeds, they can be omitted.
- These need to be covered while being refrigerated, if you do not have a jar you can make it in a bowl but cover with plastic wrap.
- Top with more cinnamon, almonds and blueberries if desired.
